Steam Support has recieved a case filed against the account you are currently using. The client, T2Kalim@hotmail.com, has opened Case #1943-9942-2465 reporting that the account you are currently using is stolen. Hijacked accounts are not something Steam takes lightly and to look further into the case, Steam must first verify the true owner of the account. We ask that you submit proof of ownership to keep the account. Proof of ownership may be verified via CD-Key or account name and password. Failure to submit legitiment proof will force steam to disable the account. Once steam account is disableded, we will not re-enable the account for any reason. Along with a deactivated account, we may lock your IP from the steam database, preventing you from registering anymore accounts. It is a federal offence and steam does not support the idea of stealing amongst our customers and if indeed you verify that you own the account, you will gain the game of your choice for 1(one) year. We apologize any inconvenience.

This was posted on my steam friends if you get any message like this post it in the support page of www.steampowered.com this was a hoax and was trying to get steam login names and passwords and cd keys. Steam does not ask for information of this type over your friends list. Just so happens I had another attempt on my account today. Here is my page from this idiot. on Feb 3, 2007

Never tell your password to anyone.
