A person paged me in Steam friends list i accepted the invitation to chat with this noob he posted this to me, his alias is Automated Validation

Now the important thing here to do is report them by clicking on the Name of the person there is a dropdown arrow on the name of the person in the messanger window click view steamid page then on right hand side below search box is report Violation click it and select user misconduct copy and past text in box and report the issue of fishing and let steam know its not cool.

This was posted on my steam friends if you get any message like this post it in the support page of www.steampowered.com this was a hoax and was trying to get steam login names and passwords and cd keys. Steam does not ask for information of this type over your friends list. Just so happens I had another attempt on my account today. Here is my page from this idiot. on Feb 3, 2007

Port 22 is sometimes the target of port scans seeking the presence of an SSH Secure Shell application. SSH enables users to log in to workstations from remote locations. In order for such attacks to succeed, however, a program has to be listening on port 22 of your computer. This was not the case here, so your computer is not vulnerable to this attack.

VeeServers Made a huge impact for all players that play on their servers.

Like to say a good word to Brandon on his attempt to rectify a situation that was caused by some hackers in their server VeeServers is serious about cleaning out any hackers found in their test servers to make it better for anyone who is wanting to test them. It is my honor to let you know that Brandon of VeeServers has graciously given admin to me to administrate their Seattle Server, He is also going to install a serverside module that does the Global bans on all servers using the module. There are quite a few servers using this. This is a victory for both parties on the battle of getting rid of hackers in the servers hosted by a game company.
The reputation of VeeServers has changed in my point of view and is very likely i will purchase the server for what its worth. Its a good server and has been for a time. I have banned 2 players so far blatently hacking on the server.
Thanks Brandon of support of VeeServers.
I recomend anyone who is wanting a company to jump for them in time of need to respect this and keep in good mind it is worth while to rent a veeserver after what i have seen here. Brandon made a good attempt to fix a bad thing, held up his part of the deal, now I must hold up mine.

BE AWARE OF VEESERVERS ALLOWING HACKERS RUN RAMPID ON THEIR OWN SERVERS!!!

I have no intentions to retract or refrain from posting this story because I was lied to by these people and the sad thing is they accuse of abuse removed my admin for administrating hackers who would hack their way past amxmod and unban themselves. Then you got a stupid players saying im reporting you for banning people for no reason. I Recorded demos of everyone I banned. I recently had an issue with VeeServers admins or game server providers ban a person for going into a vent channel and say they had hackers in the server, Im not in support of a provider who condones hacking or banning a person letting them know what is going on with the server. the ip address of this server is of corse a secure Vac2 cs 1.6 server located in seattle. Their tactic is to draw you into the channel and try to sell you the server for 100 bucks so you can administrate the server. I have and did go into that vent channel and let them know I was interested in buying or renting a server, but with the disreguard of their tactics I started to notice a trend on the hackers coming to the server. I also have noticed they are not interested in upholding Valves terms of service as a provider in banning or reporting hackers in their servers. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM IF YOU THINK THEY ALLOW HACKERS TO RUN RAMPID. IF YOU FEEL THEY DONT DO SHIT TO REPORT OR BAN HACKERS FROM THEIR OWN PUBLIC SERVERS DONT PLAY IN THE SERVERS! DONT COME TO ME IF YOUR VACBANNED AFTER I WARNED YOU! PS VeeServers also does this to promote hackers their hacks for money.

I just spoke with Brandon Of the support team saying he was a lawyer He is not a lawyer he is a support for veeservers not part of the legal team of VeeServers. He asked me to reword my post so I did in the intrest of his request. I told him I would remove this post, in removing this post he promised to fix the issues with the servers having hackers in them. I have yet to recieve a call from brandon he prommised to call in 2 hours after he talked to me. In respect I have not been able to help him in figuring out what to do or how to help him overcome the hacker issues in their test servers, I have left messages with him on his cellphone and paged him in vent to call me after his promise to call me 4 hours ago. So i reposted because he didnt fallow up on his promise.
