You may report any abusive Admins here: https://cs-gamers.net/forumdisplay.php?fid=17. We cannot take your words for granted and we need to have sufficient amount of evidence to punish any abusive Admin accordingly. If they are indeed abusing their Admin, I don't see why it would be problematic to file a report with a demo.
Hi, owner please come to server, because AL Malhy and NOOB GOOD ar abusing admins, free slaps, free gags, free bans, and other things they doing wrong. Guy who killed Al Malhy got free ban for antimap when he was Zombie i guess, so that doesnt make sense. I want to AL Malhy lose admin he is free gaging me when im using microphone im not toxic im 16years old. So i think i have premission to microphone. Come and ban him for abusing or something. Big Thanks! 
You can find your demo in the 'cstrike' folder, and it is named '[CSGAMERS]_Umbrella_Swarm'. However, if you have already been through maps after you submitted your report, then your initial demo has already been overwritten by the newer ones.
Screenshot will not be enough evidence for something like teamplaying. The best screenshots can do is report somebody for their profanity, but nothing more. If you want to report somebody for an offense like teaming, then you have to post your demo.
you will cant be pro all time doing team then when ppls like 20 PALYER join too sv how you will get kill and you was doing team ?
