When you have successfully met all the requirements and rules and have uploaded a YouTube video to your channel, you have to post a reply on this thread with the following details:

The video that you uploaded: 
Keep in mind that you are required to make a new post for every video you upload in order to be rewarded for each separately. You also will not be rewarded if you post a video that you already uploaded previously. It has to be a freshly-uploaded video about the CSGamer's Zombie Riot server AFTER the announcement of this event.
Rewards, rules, requirements and all the other important details are mentioned on our Discord server.
The event has begun as of this announcement and the deadline is not yet decided, so take your chances while you still can.
