this guy had been reported many times but other staffs are defending him
anyway @Frost you should take this case seriously otherwise we'll have to report you to the owner

Why did you stumble upon the REP system in the forum? My choice of when and how to allocate minus or plus REP. No one will stop me from doing that.

As a supervisor it’s not very politely to give any player-rep
Even if they are angry or anything 
You gave him after he denied with what you said here
