admin n [B.S.F.] B3RLIN sv: swarm when: last 1 min of demo proof: [CSGAMERS]_Umbrella_Swarm (mediafire.com) what he did: they needed 1 more rtv to change map but no one rtv ed so he kicked a player named new_player who didnt rtv so there was enough vote to change map after the guy rejoin he said he did reconect so that is forbidden i think he kicked without reason also he keep saying if no rtv they ban them STEAMID: STEAM_0:0:1360035
