After watching the demo, I can indeed say that he did not attack him, but were they really teaming? I definitely believe that there's insufficient evidence to say for sure, whether they were both teaming or not.
Fuxury did not attack for a brief moment, but, again, you should have waited a bit longer and seen whether he actually proceeded to attack the human or not.
