Hello!
The ban that you received is a server ban. Server bans usually occur when you are sending too many packets (aka lagging too much for a prolonged period of time or having partiularly high lag spikes at a certain point) And it usually lasts for just a while until you're unbanned automatically. Server bans cannot be removed manually by anyone, so you will just have to wait for a short while (usually 15-30 minutes) and then your ban will be revoked automatically.
