If you were truly innocent after you were banned, then why didn't you make a ban appeal on forums immediately after getting banned?

I did not know how to request an appeal. I asked for help from a player named amro, and the first ban was on another Steam, so I thought you removed the ban from me

However, please file a ban appeal next time if you are indeed falslely banned.
