Traficante will be punished for advertising.
As for the other two, you didn't include a demo or anything, so there's no proof they teamed, camped or whatever.
Make sure you posted the correct mediafire link for mehdi and walid.

Walid will be banned. As for other player, his steamid coincides with Traficante's, so I believe it's the same player. They were already banned for advertising.
