2. Explain the situation: I just literally joined the server and he immediately banned me without warning me or asking me if I reconnected; I quit game like hour ago and then I came back after 1 hour to play server and I found admin banned me

Hello!
The map had lasted for 30 minutes at that point, so there was no way that you were online an hour earlier beforehand unless you are actively sharing your account with somebody else. When leaving the server, you are required to wait at least 15 minutes before re-joining the server.
Not to mention that you have also been banned for reconnecting on multiple occassions beforehand as well.
