Hello!
Please stop giving out warnings needlessly to potentially mislead other players.
The rule says that players are forbidden from staying AFK multiple rounds consecutively or for longer than 15 minutes.
V2 stayed AFK for 2 minutes maximum and they definitely didn't break any server rules.
