2. Explain the situation: so i was playing with Smailing and Am!n i was doing 1v2 when round end i play as zm a bit only but then suddenly i disconnect but then after 10 minutes i joined again and Am!n said my nick and banned me.

Hello!
He should have asked you for the reason you reconnected, but you also didn't say anything.
Anyway, you are supposed to wait for 15 minutes to pass before you are allowed to reconnect. The ban was justified.
