When he is zombie, change nick because have deaths, if he have deaths can't go in top 3, because have deaths.
Human - AliSamHorE - VIP - Get Kills
Zombie - AliSamHore - No VIP - Get Deaths
With Real name he get kills for top15, with fail name get deaths and this death don't go in real name, for that he is in "top15", and i see he is banned in 'AMXBANS' System, he change IP/SteamID.

Yep, owner can change him Password from account, or add this simple plugin.

i don't want block change name, i may make top 15 by steamid not name, or make it save on name (but not sensitive case)

If use this plugin, when u join in server u can't change name it's simple, and i no found problem in this. U can fix 2 bugs.
1. Change nick for top15.
2. Log with Whitelist name like "<Warrior> Player", after that u make all guns unlock , change nick with 8-10-12 level and u have weapons from 28-30 level.
U can also punishment Ali SamHorE, change his password from his account because he use bugs. [U can see his password in your document, just change it, and he can't log with this name!

He uses scripts, bugs, bypass steam id ban, bypass ip ban and also insult players during gameplay,and supervisors in forum wow! the audacity!

That's why i decided to delete his account on server, such a player shouldn't exist on our server.
