2. Your steamid: dont use steam
3. Ban Details(you can get it from console): I dont have any details, i have been banned idk by who or for what, map ended and i couldn't join onto the next map
4. Proof (demo or screenshot): well just check the console

It is an server ban for I don't know witch reason, normaly thats a 120Minutes ban!
