I urge you to provide a timestamp next time at which particular moment can the violation be seen, so I don't have to hunt for it.
Furthermore, if you want to report Admins for server-rule violations, please use this category: https://csgamers.tk/forumdisplay.php?fid=16, and provide their steamid, otherwise we will be unable to punish anyone accordingly.
Insufficient evidence. You spectated them for a very brief moment, not enough evidence to claim that they were most certainly camping.
