4. Explain the situation: After literally every round kept doing reconnect. When i warned him he changed name to warrior player ( both had same steam id) . Did so many rcs that taking sc of all would have filled my storage

I sincerely request for a higher penalty for him because rule breaking is a trade mark for him.
