If you are planning on providing console's details as a part of your evidence, then please screenshot the console itself rather than copying and pasting the details, otherwise we cannot tell whether you have tempered with it or not. Now, of course, the preferable type of evidence would be a demo, which would enable us to clearly distinguish the offender's wrong-doings rather than remain unconfident in our final verdict. The thread will remain opened for a short while and we will wait for you to post additional [credible] evidence.
The server records demos automatically and saves it in your 'cstrike' folder. In order to locate the demo, go to your game's local files, open the 'cstrike' folder, and search for a demo named '[CSGAMERS]_Umbrella_Swarm'. After you have done that, upload it to one of these cloud websites (these are just the ones recommended, but you can chose your own if you wish):

- upload.ee
- mediafire.com
These are just a few examples, though, there are plenty of these types of websites out there. Some other websites for uploading images in particular include:
