We do not accept mere screenshots as a form of evidence when it comes to reports that require detailed insight into the incident. In this instance, a demo is a compulsory form of evidence in order to see your report as 'credible'.
Note that you may find your demo recording in the 'cstrike' folder inside your game's files. Please upload your demo next time in case of such a report.
