Suggestions for bans

my suggestions would be  If a Players cheating and an admin asks him for wg and such and u can ask the player to admit id say we should shorten it to like 30-60 day ban an such because atleast they were honest and stuff but if they like do the wg or catch the fully on cheating it would be a perma ban
