free ban time

Hello, I am a Nooo player and my game crashed when I entered, I was banned for two hours and the normal time is 15 minutes and the max is 30 minutes and finally a player entered and for a reason like me rc then he was allowed my computer is very weak sometimes it enters very slowly and sometimes it blocks me and gives me a blue screen so I also want to exempt and remove the unjust and spiteful officials who do not know the rules
