2. Explain the situation: I just bought a VIP and some other stuff in your online store, I received the prestige points but my VIP didn't activate so I reconnected once to the server to see if VIP will activate I just had time to open menu through pressing M and got banned from this admin no questions asked no warnings nothing. P.S: I was playing in the server for the past hour and I didn't relog once in that time.
