We discussed with LaCoste internally about his behaviour and hopefully his tendency to provoke you or other players will not continue.

As for the transfer, I'd argue it's more so a miscommuncation than him intentionally abusing his powers. When you responded with "I don't care", he thought you meant that you don't care about being transferred to the oppossite team rather than you responding to LaCoste calling the opposite team "weak". So to me that was just a clear miscommunication between you two.
