Can't really confirm, cause demos on 1.6 are not the best, but it could be that Pokemon was continously kicking the bot to equalize the teams (one bot per team).
As for the insulting:
1) I don't think NightWolf meant any harm by calling that player a 'bitch', I highly doubt he ACTUALLY meant what he said.
2) This was only one small cuss word anyway, and I don't think it's needed to punish him over that.
