Admin who banned you said this:

I do not deny any of what you said. Yes, I was killing Arif every time he respawned and continuously killing him to get as many kills as possible. And yes, I did leave because my game lagged, and I wasn’t able to move due to poor internet. I tried to refresh the server.
I don’t have a demo or proof to back it up, but you can ask the admin who joined last night before the players came. Ask him if we were teaming. He was also constantly killing me, and I did the same to him without leaving the server.

Considering that neither you or the admin has any formiddable evidence to prove either of your points, I will unban you.
But please do not reconnect next time if an admin explicitly asks you to save your demo. If you want to rejoin, then make sure to save your old demo.
