I think it's not working for you beacuse # symbol is in your name

so whut to do?  i typed all variants without symbol without lt with , small letters all variants.. if i change my nick my level will decrease..

You should not use that symbol in your name anyway until Killer don't respond for you in discord we can't do nothing
