Report Admin Abusing His Power :/

Name:  Oni _Chan
Reason : Rule #11-Ban/Slap/Kick/Mute/Change map without REASON !!
Ban/Slap/Kick/Mute without convincing reason will end with Ban for (1 day) after 2 Warns if the user did not get his limits, he will be demoted!
S.aDmin ==> aDmin
 aDmin   ==> VIP
After getting demotes, his privileges will be REMOVED

He Changed The Map With Out Any Reason . 
He Voted To Change The Map : 1-yes 2-No
and 2 others and me pressed no . and he changed the map after that immeditely and he didnt changed it after the round ends
Problems : He changed it with  2 other and me saying no . and he changed not after the round but after vote i dont know why ?  and he is even voted for no wtf !? !?

Well, first of all, @oni_chan!! you don't have the right to replying on this thread cuz you are the one whos reported besides, only moderators can judge in these situations no doubt you will defend yourself even if you are guilty.
second of all, @Colonel that proof you posted doesn't show anything it's not clear, so in this case, I will leave this thread open till you get a demo.

Seems that it didn't happen to have clear evidence.
